1. Why am I being asked to complete additional verification?

Additional verification is randomly triggered by the system to ensure account security and regulatory compliance. Completing additional verification helps enhance your account's security, and may also be a necessary step to unlock additional platform features and increase your trading limits.

2. How can I provide the correct information to meet the additional verification requirements?

If the additional verification information you submitted does not meet the requirements, the system will prompt you on how to resubmit it. Please follow the guidance displayed on the page.

3. Why is additional verification triggered repeatedly?

To ensure your account’s security, the platform periodically reviews account activity. As a result, you may be prompted for additional verification multiple times. You can complete the process by following the instructions on the identity verification page in the App > Select Main Menu in the upper left corner > Profile and settings > Identity verification. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

4. What should high-risk users do if they provide a source of funds but select the wrong option or fail the review?

If you selected an incorrect option, you can revisit the App's additional verification section and select Update now to select your correct information. After updating, you will also need to provide the corresponding supporting documents for verification. For more details, please refer to What are Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) to learn more about the required reference items and documentation.
